  • Wim Tapley

    Wim Tapley & The Cannons have established themselves as hometown heroes here in Athens, Georgia. Their live shows are captivating, filled with vivacious audiences who sing and dance along to the band’s catchy, easy-to-love songs. Firmly rooted in Americana and elevated by glamorous pop sensibilities, the swinging depths of neo-soul, and a dash of riotous horns, Wim Tapley & The Cannons’ arresting sound is as fresh as it is ageless.

  • Red Mile Road

    Red Mile Road is an Athens-based hard-rock band that was formed in late 2020. Composed of dual lead guitar and dual lead vocals (Jack Wilson/Spencer Shaw), bass (Ben Maddux), and drums (Jake Kadet), Red Mile Road pairs an electrifying stage presence with a sound that is influenced heavily by the Seattle Grunge scene of the ‘90s and the Classic Southern Rock scene of the ‘70s. Set after set, Red Mile Road has made its footprint on the Athens community.

  • Rae and The Ragdolls

    Rae and the Ragdolls are an eclectic band of rock and rollers who make magic in the studio and on the stage. Writing and performing a blend of styles from folky psychedelia to room-rattling rock, Rae and the Ragdolls have something for everyone to boogie down to. Hailing from the metro-Atlanta area, they have been on lineups with greats like Nick Perri and the Underground Thieves, The Velveteers, Starcrawler, Larkin Poe, Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown, Drive-By Truckers, and Mavis Staples.

  • The Echolocations

    The Echolocations are a nostalgia-driven rock and roll outfit. The band goes into each live performance with the hope that the audience will have as much fun as they do on stage. Performances are high-energy and feature setlists that blend together their own original songs with both doo-wop and contemporary hits. Pairing songwriting reminiscent of the 60s with modern production, the group released their first EP, “Going Steady With The Echolocations,” in April 2022.

  • Convince the Kid

    Convince the Kid is a four-piece synth rock band out of Athens, GA. Drawing inspiration from bands like Radiohead and Tears for Fears, CTK mixes effect-heavy, atmospheric tones with driving rhythms to create their signature sound. With live performances featuring synthesizers and electronic drums pitted against heavier guitar riffs and solo work, CTK finds a balance between analog and digital worlds.

  • Josh Bennett Band

    This Athens-based band of four friends draws from bluegrass, rock, and funk to create one of the most compelling acts in the South today. The Josh Bennett Band’s live performance brings all their music to life. Chase Washington’s electrifying guitar solos, Aaron Rogers’s spunky drum beats, and Andrew Wright’s bumping bass grooves alongside Josh Bennett’s fingerpickin’ banjo and booming vocals - it’s a show you won’t want to miss!

  • Will Slater

    Based out of Commerce, Georgia, Will Slater started out at open mics and is now making a name for himself in the Athens country music scene. Equipped with a four-piece band, Slater has had successful gigs at Flanagan’s, General Beauregard’s, and Georgia Theatre’s rooftop. His live sets include covers of Tyler Childers and Zach Bryan, mixed throughout his own original songs. In the coming season, Slater is excited to reach new audiences in Athens and continue connecting with fans through his earnest songwriting, touching on themes that are deeply personal yet universal: nostalgia, the passage of time, and moving at your own pace.

  • Eli Cain

    Country musician Eli Cain has been playing and writing music since he first picked up a guitar at the age of 18. You can usually catch Cain at classic Athens country haunts such as Flanagan’s and General Beauregard’s but he has also played gigs in Dahlonega, Watkinsville, and the Georgia Theatre. Beloved for honest songwriting inspired by the likes of Tyler Childers and Zach Bryan, much of Cain’s writing happens at his job as a full-time painter, resulting in music grounded in grit and determination, and contributing to the discography of one of the most hard-working musicians around.

  • Jacob Mallow

    Athens-based singer-songwriter Jacob Mallow merges a smooth voice with delicately crafted melodies to create modern jazz and gospel elements embedded within a bluesy-folk and neo-soul sound. Mallow draws inspiration from the likes of Matt Corby, Whitney Houston, Yebba, and Jacob Collier. His first single “Wings of Gold” has gathered close to 100k streams, and since then Mallow has toured the Southeast at notable venues such as the Georgia Theatre, 40 Watt Club, Eddie’s Attic, and the Royal American (SC).

  • Recess Party

    Recess Party is a college town favorite across the indie-rock scene of Athens, GA. The four-piece band is composed of current and former UGA students and has been creating original music since July 2022. Recess Party has a multi-generational, cross-genre feel, drawing inspiration from Tool, Paramore, Hendrix, and other Athens/Atlanta groups. The band has recently begun playing out of town with great success and looks forward to exciting fans in and outside of Athens.

  • The Regulars

    The Regulars’ sound is a distinctly Southern-flavored, multi-genre stew of funk, soul, rock ‘n’ roll, and blues. With an extensive catalog of songs honoring the musical talents of Dr. John, The Band, and Widespread Panic as well as their own brand of musical stylings, The Regulars cater to diverse crowds of music lovers across the Deep South. The band’s live performances are strategic, full of improvised jam sessions and thoughtful setlists that boost audience energy as the night progresses.

  • Atticus Roness

    Atticus Roness is a melodic tour dé force, finding success throughout his stints in the Atlanta underground scene. In this time, Roness has proved his songwriting prowess, along with his electric stage presence. He now begins to define a more focused solo recording career, with his sights set on even higher ambitions than ever before. His raw and melancholic debut album 'Square One' is set for release this fall.

  • The Illustrated

    The Illustrated is an original alternative/rock band based in Atlanta, GA. Their music stems from a variety of different influences including Kings of Leon, Matchbox Twenty, The 1975, The Cure, Kaleo and many more. Their energetic live show is engaging and full of upbeat tracks with the occasional heart-felt ballad. They’ve played Smith’s Olde Bar, The Masquerade, Unruly Brewing, and other premier venues, and are currently playing shows around the Atlanta area and doing small scale tours in support of their most recent releases.

  • Cam and his Dam Jam Band

    Based out of Athens, GA, Cam and his Dam Jam Band is all about one thing - groove. Foot-tappin’, room-shakin’, get up out of your chair-’n’-start-dancin’ music is just the start. The band takes musical influence from blues, rock, jazz, bluegrass, and psychedelic funk, all put together with a little bit of old-school Southern flair - the perfect recipe for a high-energy and groovy show. Expect nothing short of a musical experience you’ll want to tell your friends about.

  • Everyday Dogs

    Everyday Dogs are the skateboarding, Capri-Sun drinking, surfer-punk rockers of Athens. The boys in the band show up to every gig ready to party hard and play even harder. With a slew of musical influences ranging from garage-rock heroes The Strokes and The Kooks to newer punk legends like Skeggs and Dune Rats, every song puts loud drums, big guitar solos, and powerful vocals front and center. Everyday Dogs are a nostalgic tribute to rock ‘n’ roll and the energy it can bring to a venue.

  • Five Gallon Flow

    Since forming in 2021, Five Gallon Flow has developed a diverse sound that stems from the taste and influences each member brings. With the soul and R&B sound of singer Caleb Johnson, the indie-inspired rhythm section of drummer Marcelo Trevino and bassist August Hubbard, and the elaborate rock guitar pieces provided by guitarists Jeremy Maier and Cole Martin, Five Gallon Flow is guaranteed to put on one of the most unique and enticing shows in Athens.
