Red Mile Road to play Georgia Theatre for the third time since their humble basement beginnings

ATHENS, Ga., April 5, 2023 – Red Mile Road will open at Georgia Theatre this Thursday, April 6 for Dexter and The Moonrocks. This is the band’s most high profile show to-date, and will be the third time they’ve played at this iconic Athens venue since April 2022.

Red Mile Road is the quintessential example of fraternity brothers-turned-bandmates. The friends started off practicing in their fraternity basement, building chemistry until they felt ready to start playing at small private parties. It was at one of these parties that Garrett Chiaramonte, co-founder of Clear Mountain Entertainment, met the band and began to serve as their manager.

The relationship between Clear Mountain Entertainment and Red Mile Road has been symbiotic: neither would have flourished without the other. Prior to this moment, Clear Mountain was set up mainly for media production, with the goal of starting a music management segment. Thanks to Red Mile Road, the artist management branch of the company was born.

Since then, Red Mile Road continues to rise, attributing much of their success to the support and guidance they received from the Athens music community and CME. They secured their first slot at Georgia Theatre opening for Jameson Tank in April 2021, a show that sold out the rooftop and was moved to the main room. Most recently, Red Mile Road released an EP with the help of Jeff Vernon, Cam Corsino, and Will Cassell.
